• The first phone conversation is gratis.

• If you wish to continue with the consultation, the first portion of the fee is required at this time. This payment covers the time I spend developing the client's profile, including exercise, dietary, lifestyle, emotional and spiritual recommendations, suggestions and comments.

• Next, all paperwork, questionnaires and assessments to be completed will be sent to the client.

• When the client receives all the materials, I will answer, via a phone call or email, any questions about the paperwork.

• When all completed material is returned to me, either by mail and/or email, I will call the client to gather and/or correct any missing or misunderstood information.

• After this phone conversation, the second part of the fee plus cost of any accrued phone time and/or mailing charges is due.

• Within a weeks time, all material with assessment results, recommendations, suggestions and comments will be returned to the client.

• When the material is received by the client, all suggestions, recommendations and comments will be discussed via a phone conversation.

        • For one month following, any phone conversation charges, additional herbal tinctures and/or postal service charges will be accrued and billed with payment required within 10 days.

        • If additional support is desired, time will be billed on a month by month basis.
